Our Maple Students embrace philanthropy and community service through Penny Harvest! Now through November 16th, each student may be asking parents and relatives if they'll contribute their stray pennies. Classes will vote on their top charity they'd like to send their donation while learning about the difference they are making in the world. Let's support our kids and this important message of compassion.

Powerful Schools Classes
Powerful Schools still has some openings for the after school extended learning classes. At this time the Thursday 3-5th grade Theater class has space available. This has been a very popular class that last year was invited to perform at a Powerful Schools event at the Westin in front of hundreds of people. It starts at 4:45 and if kids who are in SCORES want to participate they are welcome to join at 5:00pm.
There is also space available in Intermediate Chess on Tuesdays and Homework Center on Thursdays. There may be space available in a few of the other classes as well. Let's continue to support this awesome program at Maple.
