Events for the Week of March 25th-29th

Please check out the upcoming events this week at Maple Elementary. 

• Thursday, March 28th, is "Carnival of the Animals" performed by the 2nd and 3rd graders. This is a joint project with Music in Schools.  Students will be performing at 10:15-10:55 and again 6:00-6:30pm.  
• Friday, March 29th, Ms. Hunter is doing Coffee, Conversations, and Crafts from 9:00-10:00am in Room 142.  
• Friday, March 29th, is also "Crazy Clothes" Spirit Day. Kids are encouraged to show their school spirit by wearing mismatched clothes, socks, and shoes.  What a great way to be creative!

Maple PTSA Meeting Tuesday March 12th

This Tuesday, March 12th, is our monthly PTSA Meeting.  Please join us in the teacher's lounge in building B.  Meet and greet starts at 6:15 proceeding to the full meeting at 6:30pm.  Topics to include:
- Maple Capacity issues
- 4th and 5th grade Camp
- Teacher Appreciation Week
- The Maple Auction (May 11th)

Following the monthly PTSA meeting there will be an Auction Meeting to discuss our May 11th event.

Maple Garden Work Party Saturday March 16th

The Maple Garden is in need of some attention.  There is a Maple Garden Work Party on Saturday March 16th from 12-2pm.  Let's get the garden ready for Spring.  It needs weeding and prep to get the beds ready for new growth.  You are encouraged to bring work gloves and tools but there will be some on hand to share. Water and a snack will be provided. This is a great opportunity to contribute time to help Maple's garden grow. See the flyer below for more information.
